01 · Data controller

The controller is Frontiera SpA, RUT 78.375.587-4, located at Av. Presidente Kennedy 5600, office 507, Vitacura, Santiago, Chile. Privacy enquiries and rights requests may be sent to propiedades@frontiera.cl.

02 · Scope and applicable law

This Policy applies to the FRONTIERA Properties website, its forms and contacts initiated by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Processing is carried out under Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and other applicable rules. Frontiera SpA will adapt its procedures to Law No. 21,719, scheduled to enter into force on 1 December 2026.

03 · Data we may collect

We may process information you provide voluntarily: name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, enquiry content, type of property requirement and information required to respond. Basic technical information may also be logged when generated by the hosting or form service, including IP address, browser, device, date, time and security logs.

We do not request sensitive data through the form. Please do not send financial or health information, biometric data, passwords or identity documents unless strictly necessary and specifically requested through a secure channel.

04 · Purposes

We use information to:

• respond to enquiries and information requests;
• assess purchase, sale, lease, search or investment requirements;
• coordinate meetings, viewings and communications;
• prepare proposals, comparables or pre-contractual information;
• manage relationships with clients, owners, companies, investors and collaborators;
• protect the website, prevent abuse and keep legally required records.

We do not sell personal databases or use information for solely automated decisions producing legal effects.

05 · Authorisation and compatible use

By submitting an enquiry, you authorise the processing required to respond and manage the requested pre-contractual or commercial steps. If information is later required for a different and incompatible purpose, we will provide notice and seek authorisation where required.

06 · Recipients and providers

Information may be processed by authorised FRONTIERA personnel and collaborators and by providers required for email, hosting, forms, storage, support and security. Such providers act to deliver their services and are not authorised by FRONTIERA to commercialise the information. We may also disclose information when required by law, a competent authority or the need to establish, exercise or defend rights.

07 · Transfers and technology services

Some technology providers may process or store information outside Chile. Where this occurs, we seek providers with reasonable safeguards and limit transfers to information necessary for the stated purpose. The website form uses an external technical service to deliver the enquiry to the recipient email address.

08 · Retention

We retain information for the time required to answer an enquiry, manage the commercial relationship and comply with legal or contractual duties. Enquiries without commercial continuity may be deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary. Records associated with contracts, mandates, fees or transactions may be retained for applicable statutory periods.

09 · Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards against unauthorised access, loss, use or disclosure. No system is infallible, and confidential documents should not be sent through open forms. If a relevant incident is detected, we will act in accordance with applicable obligations.

10 · Individual rights

You may request information about data processed, its source and recipients, and request correction, updating, deletion or blocking where applicable. You may also withdraw authorisation for future use where permitted by law. Requests should be sent to propiedades@frontiera.cl and state your name, contact method, requested right and information allowing reasonable identity verification. We will respond within applicable legal periods.

11 · Children

FRONTIERA services are directed to adults and organisations. We do not intentionally seek data from minors. If you believe a minor provided information without authorisation, please notify us so that deletion can be assessed.

12 · Cookies, links and changes

The current website does not use its own advertising cookies. Hosting or external-content providers may generate technical logs required to deliver and protect the service. WhatsApp and third-party links are governed by their own policies. FRONTIERA may update this Policy following legal, technical or operational changes; the current version and update date will be published here.
