01 · Website owner
The website is owned and operated by Frontiera SpA, RUT 78.375.587-4, located at Av. Presidente Kennedy 5600, office 507, Vitacura, Santiago, Chile. Contact: propiedades@frontiera.cl.
02 · Acceptance and scope
Access and navigation imply acceptance of the current Terms. If you disagree, you should not use the website or forms. These Terms govern website use only; they do not replace mandates, brokerage orders, contracts, letters of intent, promises, confidentiality agreements or other specific documents.
03 · Nature of services
FRONTIERA provides real-estate advisory, search, marketing, prospecting, presentation, analysis and coordination services. Website descriptions are general and do not oblige FRONTIERA to provide a specific service until expressly accepted and, where applicable, documented in writing with scope, fees, exclusivity, duration and responsibilities.
04 · Property information
Areas, prices, rents, expenses, availability, photographs, plans, permits, permitted uses, returns and other details are indicative and may come from owners, managers, brokers, developers or public sources. They must be verified before a decision is made. FRONTIERA seeks to provide clear information but does not guarantee that third-party data is complete, current or error-free.
05 · No automatic offer or reservation
Website content is not an offer, promise of sale, reservation, availability guarantee or obligation to contract. Submitting a form, message or viewing request does not by itself create a contract, exclusivity, reservation or acceptance of commercial terms. Every transaction remains subject to negotiation, availability, documentary review and execution of the relevant instruments.
06 · Mandates, fees and commissions
Representation of an owner, purchaser, tenant, investor or other party is governed by the applicable agreement. Fees, commissions, taxes, payment terms, exclusivity, client protection and accrual will be defined in writing. General website content does not amend specific terms agreed by the parties.
07 · Due diligence and decisions
Clients should review relevant legal, technical, planning, tax, financial and operational matters, using lawyers, architects, engineers, accountants or other specialists where appropriate. FRONTIERA commercial analyses, comparables and projections support decision-making but do not guarantee returns, appreciation, permits, financing or future results.
08 · Proper website use
Users must provide truthful information, use the website lawfully and refrain from interfering with its operation. Attempts to access systems or data without authorisation, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate others or use website information for deceptive or unlawful practices are prohibited.
09 · Intellectual property
The FRONTIERA brand, logo, design, text, structure, commercial materials and proprietary content belong to Frontiera SpA or are used with authorisation. They may not be copied, adapted, published, resold or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
10 · Photographs, references and external links
Category photographs may be illustrative and do not necessarily represent property offered by FRONTIERA. Real asset materials should identify their applicable conditions and sources. Links to WhatsApp, maps or external sites are provided for convenience; FRONTIERA does not control their content, availability, security or policies.
11 · Availability and liability
The website may be suspended or changed for maintenance, security or technical reasons. To the extent permitted by law, Frontiera SpA is not liable for loss arising solely from interruptions, incompatibility, misuse, decisions made without verification or inaccurate information supplied by third parties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12 · Forms and communications
Users are responsible for ensuring that contact details are correct. The form uses an external technical provider and should not be used to send confidential documentation. FRONTIERA may respond by email, telephone or WhatsApp using the details provided. Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
13 · Amendments
FRONTIERA may update the website and Terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The current version and date are published here. Terms already formalised in a written agreement are not amended by a general website update.
14 · Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, without prejudice to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that may apply.
