If you do not know the ROL
The assessment roll appears on the property-tax notice, on the deed and on the appraisal certificate. It can also be searched by address in the same SII service.
For a specific property
The fiscal appraisal is not market value and does not prove ownership. If you need to know what a property is actually worth, FRONTIERA values it against real comparables and records.
